Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they still need a reserved ticket.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Nearby Underground stations include Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away; Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time.
