About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye. This award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise takes you along the River Thames past central London landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with live commentary from the guides on board.

Your ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to the lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentary is also available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

The cruise is covered and suitable in all weathers, with both covered and sun deck seating. Please note that the ticket does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.

Duration: 40 minutes. This is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only.

Before you book

Go to The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

London Eye, Riverside Building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB.

The London Eye Pier is below the London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around a five-minute walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are both about a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.

Accessibility: disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. To book a wheelchair timeslot in advance, email customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.
