About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise at the London Eye is an award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. Departing from the pier below the London Eye, it takes in some of central London’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge.

On board, commentary covers sights such as the Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the history of the Houses of Parliament. The cruise ticket also includes a souvenir guide map, available in seven languages, and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin. The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating.

Before you book

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but still need a ticket.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by presenting proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs can be on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

Waterloo is the nearest station, around five minutes’ walk via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby.
