Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a ticket.

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs can be on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters are not admitted. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you book in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference.

The pier is situated below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
