The cruise is circular and does not stop en route, so boarding and disembarking are at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only. Your ticket also includes a souvenir guide map, available in seven languages, and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

Audio commentaries are available on a first-come, first-served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin, and the covered and sun deck seating makes the cruise suitable in all weathers.

Before you book

Age and tickets: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket.

Arrival: Please go to The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present the ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before boarding.

Refunds and access: No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and request the complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you email customer.services@londoneye.com in advance and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.
