About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise, departing from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier below the London Eye, is an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. It takes in some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with expert guides providing live commentary along the way.

The cruise ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages, and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are also available on a first come, first serve basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

It is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only. The cruise is suitable in all weathers thanks to covered and sun deck seating.

Before you book

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by presenting proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you book in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

The pier is situated below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby.
