The London Eye River Cruise departs from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier below the London Eye. This award-winning, 40-minute sightseeing cruise takes you along the River Thames past some of central London’s best-known riverside landmarks, with onboard commentary bringing the route to life.

The cruise travels past the Houses of Parliament and on to Tower Bridge before returning to the pier. The ticket includes a souvenir guide map, available in seven languages, and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

This is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only. Seating is covered and on the sun deck, so the cruise is suitable in all weathers.

Before you book

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. For disabled guests, a standard ticket should be purchased and one complimentary helper ticket is available on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. The lastminute.com London Eye Pier is below the London Eye. The venue is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, and from Westminster station you should take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
