The London Eye River Cruise departs from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier, below the London Eye, and offers a sightseeing trip by river from the heart of the city. It is an award-winning cruise that takes in some of the city’s best-known riverside landmarks, with live commentary designed to bring the route to life.
On board, the commentary covers places such as Millennium Bridge and the Houses of Parliament, and the cruise ticket also includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages plus access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are available on a first come first serve basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating.

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability.
Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you email customer.services@londoneye.com in advance and quote your order reference.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station can be reached by taking exit one and following signs for Westminster pier.
