About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye. This award-winning sightseeing cruise is a 40-minute circular trip, taking in riverside landmarks as it travels past the Houses of Parliament to Tower Bridge and back.

On board, commentary includes facts about Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the history of the Houses of Parliament. The ticket also includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin. Covered and sun deck seating means the cruise is suitable in all weathers.

Key facts: 40-minute circular cruise with no stops; boarding and disembarking only at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier. The ticket does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but still need a ticket.

Arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present the ticket printed or on a mobile device. There are no refunds or exchanges after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters are not admitted. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you email customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference after booking.

The London Eye Pier is below the London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
