The London Eye River Cruise departs from the London Eye and is an award-winning, 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. It takes you past well-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, before returning to the London Eye pier.

On board, expert guides provide live commentary with facts about the city’s landmarks and history. The cruise ticket also includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages, plus access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

The cruise is circular and makes no stops, with boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye pier only. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they still need a ticket.

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present the e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before boarding.

No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase. The cruise is suitable in all weathers and has covered and sun deck seating.

The pier is situated below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen-minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by presenting proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. To reserve a wheelchair timeslot in advance, email customer.services@londoneye.com and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.
