About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier, below the London Eye at County Hall. This award-winning sightseeing cruise takes you along the Thames, with expert guides sharing facts about the city’s riverside landmarks, including the Millennium Bridge and the Houses of Parliament.

On board, the commentary is designed to be informative and light, with facts and humour throughout the journey. Your ticket also includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

The cruise is circular and covers some of London’s best-known riverside sights, making it a straightforward way to see the city from the river.

Key facts: The cruise lasts 40 minutes and has no stops, with boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin. The ticket does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. To book a wheelchair timeslot in advance, email customer.services@londoneye.com and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of several London Underground stations. Waterloo is about five minutes away, while Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; from there, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster pier.
