The London Eye River Cruise departs from the London Eye and is an award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. From the river, you pass some of London’s best-known landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, while on-board guides share commentary, facts and stories about the city.
The cruise ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are available on a first come first serve basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
This is a circular cruise with boarding and disembarking only at The lastminute.com London Eye pier, and it is suitable in all weathers thanks to covered and sun deck seating.

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a reserved ticket.
Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Your e-ticket can be presented printed or on a mobile device and will be scanned before boarding.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. It is recommended that wheelchair timeslots are booked in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

The London Eye Pier is situated below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away via the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
