About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier, below the London Eye. This award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise takes you along the Thames past some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, before returning to the pier.

On board, expert guides provide commentary with facts about landmarks such as Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the Houses of Parliament. The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating, and audio commentaries are available on a first-come, first-served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Your ticket includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience. The price does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.

Key facts: 40-minute circular cruise; boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only; infants aged 3 years and under go free, but must still reserve a ticket.

Before you book

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket.

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with a maximum of three wheelchairs allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. To reserve a wheelchair timeslot in advance, email customer.services@londoneye.com and quote your order reference.
