The London Eye River Cruise at the London Eye is an award-winning 40-minute circular cruise departing from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier. It takes you along the River Thames past some of London’s most popular riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with on-board commentary throughout.

The ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are also available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Covered and sun deck seating make the cruise suitable in all weathers. Please note that the ticket price does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.

Duration: 40 minutes. Format: circular cruise with no stops. Boarding: boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only.

Before you book

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your ticket printed or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before boarding.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and are eligible for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. After booking, wheelchair users are advised to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to reserve a wheelchair timeslot in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are both about a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
