The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye and offers a 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames.

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to a member of staff for scanning before boarding. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase, and the price does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.
Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

It is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is about five minutes’ walk away, while Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
