The cruise lasts 40 minutes and runs without stops, with boarding and disembarking only at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they still need a ticket. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating. The price does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is about five minutes away; Embankment and Charing Cross are around ten to fifteen minutes’ walk, and Westminster station can be reached via Exit 1 and signs for Westminster Pier.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters are not admitted. Wheelchair users are recommended to book a timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting the order reference.
