About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below The London Eye and offers an award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the Thames. From the river, the route passes some of London’s best-known landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge.

On board, expert guides provide commentary with facts and humour to bring the city’s history and sights to life. The cruise ticket also includes a souvenir guide map, available in seven languages, and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with both covered and sun deck seating. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first serve basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Key facts: 40-minute circular cruise; no stops, with boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye pier only; the ticket does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye; infants aged 3 years and under go free but still need a ticket; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Before you book

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you book in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye Pier is below The London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station and is about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
