About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye and is an award-winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. It gives you a view of the city from the river, with expert guides on board providing commentary throughout the trip.

The cruise takes in riverside landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, and the commentary covers facts and stories about places such as Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the history of the Houses of Parliament. Your ticket also includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin. Covered and sun deck seating makes the cruise suitable in all weathers.

Key facts: 40-minute circular cruise with no stops. The ticket does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.

Before you book

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but a ticket must still be reserved.

Please go to The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before boarding.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Wheelchair users are advised to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to book a timeslot in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier, which is situated below the London Eye. Waterloo is about five minutes’ walk away and is the closest tube station. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby.
