The booking is made for the first attraction listed in the package, known as the lead attraction, and the timeslot you select is for the lastminute.com London Eye.

After you receive your e-ticket, you can log into the Merlin booking portal to choose a date and time for the other attractions included in the package. You can select a date from 3 days before to 90 days after the lead attraction booking date.

Each attraction in the package has a different dwell time.

Before you book

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. All attractions are wheelchair accessible, but there are restrictions on the number of wheelchairs that can be inside at any one time, depending on the venue. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. Once you have booked your ticket, wheelchair users are advised to arrange a timeslot in advance by emailing the attractions before their visit.
