About Les Misérables

Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre, London is Cameron Mackintosh’s fully staged production of Boublil and Schönberg’s musical. The show is presented in a new staging and includes the well-known songs “I Dreamed a Dream”, “On My Own”, “Bring Him Home”, “One Day More” and “Master Of The House”.

Seen by over 130 million people worldwide, Les Misérables has played in 53 countries and in 22 languages. It remains one of the world’s most popular musicals and this production has been described as “Les Mis for the 21st Century”, “a reborn dream of a production” and “perfect theatre in a perfect theatre”.

The performance includes gunfire, smoke and flashing light effects, so it is worth checking the practical details before you choose seats and timings.

Running time: 2 hours 50 minutes with one interval.

Before you book

Age guidance: 8+. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under 16 must be accompanied by, and sat next to, a ticketholder aged at least 18.

You will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket attached, and you must bring the e-ticket on the day. It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance start time. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

No refunds or exchanges are available after purchase. Food or drink bought elsewhere may not be brought into the theatre. Seating plans are not guaranteed to be an exact representation of the auditorium, so customers with specific requirements should discuss them with the theatre before booking.
