Before you book

Recommended for ages 8 and over. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre, and children under 16 must be accompanied by a ticket-holder aged 18 or over who sits next to them.

You will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket attached and must bring it on the day. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance starts. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No refunds or exchanges are available after purchase. The performance includes gunfire, smoke and flashing light effects, and food or drink bought elsewhere may not be brought in. Seating plans are not guaranteed to be an exact representation of the auditorium, so customers with specific requirements should discuss them with the theatre before booking.
