Beetlejuice at the Prince Edward Theatre, Old Compton Street, London, is a musical based on Tim Burton’s film of the same name. It follows Lydia Deetz, a strange and unusual teenager living with a pair of newly dead and the demonic ghost Beetlejuice, whose name needs to be said three times.
The show is described as wildly funny and weirdly life-affirming, with a gleefully irreverent book, head-spinning set design and a score that is out of this Netherworld. The production has been seen on Broadway and transfers to the West End from May 2026.
It is in the West End for a limited run from May 2026 until April 2027.
Key facts: Limited West End run from May 2026 to April 2027. All matinee performances from 24 July 2026 onwards start at 2.30pm.
This show is recommended for ages 12 and over, with adult supervision. It contains strong language, adult humour, mature themes and drug references.
