Faulty Towers The Dining Experience at the President Hotel in London’s West End is an immersive dining show based on the BBC television series Fawlty Towers. Now in its 13th year in London, it pairs theatre, improvisation and a 70s-style 3-course meal as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve guests in a restaurant setting.
Set inside the fictional Fawlty Towers hotel, the experience is highly interactive and fully immersive, with guests drawn into the action throughout the evening. The show has set West End records for the longest running immersive experience, the longest running show based on a TV series, and the longest running Fawlty Towers show of any kind worldwide.
Written and directed by Alison Pollard-Mansergh, with associate director Jack Baldwin, the production has been running in London for over 13 years.
Duration: Two hours. It is a site-specific restaurant show, and a third of the performance is scripted; it is best to get up only at the end of individual courses. Drinks are table service only.
Age guidance: All ages have attended and enjoy the show, and it is suitable for the whole family.
Tickets and changes: E-tickets are provided. No cancellations or exchanges are available after purchase.
Drinks service: Order enough drinks before the show for delivery to your table throughout the performance. There are also opportunities to order during the show, for example after the main course.
