About

About Faulty Towers The Dining Experience in London's West End

Faulty Towers The Dining Experience in London’s West End takes place at the President Hotel, London, and brings the BBC series to life as an immersive dining experience. Set in the Fawlty Towers hotel, the show pairs Basil, Sybil and Manuel with a 70s-style three-course meal, with guests taking part in the action rather than simply watching from a seat.

Now in its 13th year in London, the show is described as a multi-award-winning, five-star global phenomenon. It has also set West End records for the longest running immersive experience, the longest running show based on a TV series, and the longest running Fawlty Towers show of any kind worldwide.

It is highly improvised, highly interactive and fully immersive, with a dining format designed around the service of each course. Writer and director Alison Pollard-Mansergh and associate director Jack Baldwin are credited on the production.

Key facts: Two-hour show; site-specific restaurant setting; 70s-style three-course meal; drinks are table service only.

Before you book

Suitable for all ages, and all ages have attended and enjoyed the show. There is no stated minimum age or child restriction in the supplied information.

Your ticket is delivered by e-ticket. No cancellations or exchanges are available after purchase.

The show runs for two hours, but because it is set in a restaurant environment you can get up at any time. A third of the show is scripted, so it is best to move only at the end of individual courses. For drinks, it is best to order enough before the show to cover the full performance, although there are opportunities to order during the show, for example after the main course.
