About

About Faulty Towers The Dining Experience in London's West End

Faulty Towers The Dining Experience in London's West End is an immersive dining show at the President Hotel, London, in Bloomsbury. Set in the world of the BBC sitcom, it brings Basil, Sybil and Manuel together with a 70s-style three-course meal, improvised comedy and audience interaction.

Now in its 13th year in London, the show is described as multi-award-winning and has set West End records for the longest running immersive experience, the longest running show based on a TV series, and the longest running Fawlty Towers show of any kind worldwide.

The production is written and directed by Alison Pollard-Mansergh, with Jack Baldwin as Associate Director. It is designed as a restaurant-style experience rather than a traditional theatre performance, with both scripted and improvised sections.

Key facts: Two-hour show; 70s-style three-course meal; e-ticket delivery; drinks are table service only.

Before you book

Faulty Towers The Dining Experience is suitable for all ages, and the supplier states that all ages have attended and enjoy the show. Tickets are delivered by e-ticket. There are no cancellations or exchanges after purchase.

The show takes place in a restaurant environment, so you can get up at any time. However, as a third of the performance is scripted, it is best to move only at the end of individual courses. For drinks, it is best to order enough before the show to cover service throughout, although drinks can also be ordered during the performance, for example after the main course.
