About

About Faulty Towers The Dining Experience in London's West End

Faulty Towers The Dining Experience in London's West End takes place at the President Hotel in Bloomsbury. Set in the world of Fawlty Towers, it combines live comedy, improvisation and a 70s-style three-course meal as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve up the action.

Now in its 13th year in London, the show has been running in the West End for over a decade. It has set records for the longest running immersive experience in the West End, the longest running show based on a TV series, and the longest running Fawlty Towers show of any kind worldwide.

The experience is highly interactive and fully immersive, with guests becoming part of the action rather than just watching from the sidelines.

Key facts: Running time is two hours. The experience is site-specific in a restaurant environment, with drinks served only at the table.

Before you book

This experience is suitable for the whole family, and all ages have attended and enjoyed the show. Tickets are delivered by e-ticket. No cancellations or exchanges are available after purchase.

The show is two hours long, but because it takes place in a restaurant setting you can get up at any time. A third of the show is scripted, so it is best to leave your table only at the end of individual courses. For drinks, it is best to order enough before the show to have them delivered to your table throughout the performance, although there are chances to order during the show, such as after the main course.
