About Moulin Rouge! The Musical

Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre, London brings Baz Luhrmann’s film to the stage as a musical mash-up extravaganza. Set in a world of splendour and romance, it brings together Bohemians and aristocrats in a story framed by glitz, grandeur and love.

Directed by Tony Award® winner Alex Timbers, with a book by Tony Award® winner John Logan, music supervision, orchestrations and arrangements by Tony Award® winner Justin Levine, and choreography by Tony Award® winner Sonya Tayeh, the show is presented as a theatrical celebration of Truth, Beauty, Freedom and Love.

Key facts: Suitable for ages 12 and over. Running time 2 hours 45 minutes including interval. Strobe lighting is used.
