About Moulin Rouge! The Musical

Moulin Rouge! The Musical at Piccadilly Theatre, London brings Baz Luhrmann’s film to the stage as a musical set in a world of splendour and romance. It follows the story of Bohemians and aristocrats as it celebrates Truth, Beauty, Freedom and Love.

The production is directed by Tony Award® winner Alex Timbers, with a book by Tony Award® winner John Logan, music supervision, orchestrations and arrangements by Tony Award® winner Justin Levine, and choreography by Tony Award® winner Sonya Tayeh. It is a stage adaptation of the film, created by an award-winning team.

Before you book

Suitable for ages 12 years and older. Strobe lighting is used in the show.

For matinee performances, the venue opens 90 minutes before start time. For evening performances, the venue opens 105 minutes before start time. Please arrive by 30 minutes before start time; latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point.
