About Stranger Things: The First Shadow

Stranger Things: The First Shadow is set in Hawkins, 1959, before the world turned upside down. The story follows Jim Hopper, Bob Newby and Joyce Maldonado as they deal with ordinary town life, from a car that will not start to a radio show that is not taken seriously, until new student Henry Creel arrives and changes the atmosphere in town.

Brought to life by a multi-award-winning creative team, the production uses theatrical storytelling and stagecraft to take audiences back to the beginning of the Stranger Things story. It is a stage show built around the events that lead into the world of the series.

Before you book

Age guidance: Recommended 12+. Under 5s are not permitted. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Content: gunfire audio, loud noises, explosions, haze, smoke, flashing lights and strobe, strong language, and depictions of mental health conditions and disorders.

Arrival and entry: Venue opens 90 minutes before the start time. Arrive by 30 minutes before the start time. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point, which may be the interval. Tickets: No exchanges or refunds after purchase.
