One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is a staging of Ken Kesey’s story, adapted by Dale Wasserman and directed by Clint Dyer. Set inside a psychiatric facility, it follows Chief Bromden, who has been silent for years, and Randle P. McMurphy, whose arrival unsettles the ward under the rule of Nurse Ratched.
The production explores a system that labels, divides and forgets, and how McMurphy’s defiance begins to stir voices that have been suppressed. It is described as a bold new staging that reworks the original novel in a new light.
Starring Aaron Pierre, Giles Terera and Olivia Williams.
