Glengarry Glen Ross is David Mamet’s Pulitzer Prize-winning drama set in a fly-by-night office in Chicago, where four real estate agents compete under extreme pressure. Top performer wins a Cadillac, second place gets a set of steak knives, and the others are fired.
The play follows a brutal sales contest in which the agents cheat, fight and steal in an effort to come out on top. Considered a modern classic and one of the most influential dramatic comedies of the late 20th century, this production is staged by Tony Award-winning director Patrick Marber and features an all-female cast.
The production is being presented in London and combines high-stakes workplace rivalry with Mamet’s sharply drawn dialogue and tension-driven structure.
