Dracula is staged in London at 85-88 St Martin's Lane. Kip Williams’ production reimagines the gothic horror story around Count Dracula, who has waited for centuries in a crumbling castle before emerging from the shadows to pursue a new target.
The show features the acclaimed star of Wicked, Harriet, Genius: Aretha and The Colour Purple, performing all 23 roles. Williams reunites with the creative team behind The Picture of Dorian Gray for a production that has been described by the Financial Times as an outstanding performance and by The Telegraph as raising the stakes for British theatre.
It presents the story as a cinematic style of theatre, with the focus kept firmly on Dracula’s return, the threat he poses and the sense of horror that follows.
