Dracula is Kip Williams’ reimagining of the immortal gothic horror, set in a crumbling castle deep in the desolate wilderness where Count Dracula has waited in hiding for centuries. As the Count emerges from the shadows and sets his sights on a new target, the story unfolds as a dark theatre experience built around the classic horror tale.
The production reunites Williams with the creative team behind the Olivier Award-winning The Picture of Dorian Gray. Described as ‘event theatre’ and ‘fabulously sophisticated cine-theatre’, it brings that style to Dracula in a new stage adaptation.
