Cyrano de Bergerac is a West End transfer of Edmond Rostand’s classic, playing at 85-88 St Martin’s Lane, London from 13th June to 5th September 2026. Following a sold-out, critically acclaimed run with the Royal Shakespeare Company, this production is presented as a reimagining of the play with wit, lyricism and heart.
It tells the story of Cyrano, a poet, soldier and philosopher who is fierce, funny and intensely romantic. Haunted by doubts about his appearance, he watches from the shadows as Roxane falls for another man, while Christian turns to Cyrano for help with words he cannot find himself.
The production has received five-star reviews from the Financial Times and The Times, and has been described by the Mail on Sunday as “hilariously funny and ultimately heartbreaking”. It is directed by Simon Evans and co-adapted with Debris Stevenson.
