Cyrano de Bergerac plays in London at 85-88 St Martin’s Lane. Edmond Rostand’s classic is reimagined as a fiercely funny, intensely romantic story about a poet, soldier and philosopher who lives by his words and his sword, while watching from the shadows as Roxane falls for another man.
Following a sold-out, critically acclaimed run with the Royal Shakespeare Company, this production transfers to the West End for a strictly limited season. It has been described as “playful, poignant, profound” by the Financial Times and “enchanting” by The Times, with Olivier Award-winner Adrian Lester noted as “perfect” in the title role.
Directed by Simon Evans and co-adapted with Debris Stevenson, the production is presented with “exhilarating wit, lyricism and heart”.
Dates: 13 June to 5 September 2026.
