About Cyrano de Bergerac
Cyrano de Bergerac at 85-88 St Martin's Lane, London, is Edmond Rostand’s classic story of a poet, soldier and philosopher who helps the handsome but inarticulate Christian win Roxane, while keeping his own feelings for her hidden. Following a sold-out, critically acclaimed run with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the production transfers to the West End for a strictly limited season.
Directed by Simon Evans and co-adapted with Debris Stevenson, this production presents Rostand’s timeless play with wit, lyricism and heart. Olivier Award-winner Adrian Lester plays Cyrano, with Susannah Fielding as Roxane.
Dates: 13 June to 5 September 2026.
