About Cyrano de Bergerac
Cyrano de Bergerac at 85-88 St Martin's Lane, London, brings Edmond Rostand's classic to the West End after a sold-out, critically acclaimed run with the Royal Shakespeare Company. This production reimagines the play with wit, lyricism and heart.
Cyrano is a poet, soldier and philosopher who is fiercely funny and intensely romantic, haunted by doubts about his appearance as Roxane falls for another man. When Christian, handsome but hopeless with words, turns to him for help, the result is a story of love, language and longing.
