About

Vivienne Westwood lived up to her statement: “You have a more interesting life if you wear impressive clothes.” Dame Vivienne Westwood, alongside Malcolm McLaren, was a pioneer in the development of the British punk movement. Westwood’s punk ethos continued to inform her innovative designs packed with historical references, from ‘Mini-Crini’ to her re-interpretation of the corset. This talk explores the life and legacy of the designer and noted climate activist who remained relevant, pioneering and inspirational over a long career.

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!
