Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Go to Attraction Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The majority of facilities and entertainment are designed to be accessible to disabled guests, and staff will transport guests between floors by lift. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time, so if your group includes a wheelchair user you must pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours in advance.
