Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it either printed or on a mobile device; you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. The majority of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible, with trained staff able to transport disabled guests between floors by lift. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at one time, so if someone in your group uses a wheelchair, a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours in advance.
