Before you book

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a ticket.

Go to Attraction Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

The majority of facilities and entertainment are designed to be accessible to disabled guests, and lift transport is available between floors. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at one time, so if someone in your group uses a wheelchair you must pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours before your visit.
