Before you book

Go to Attraction Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket, and present it printed or on a mobile device to be scanned before the start of your tour. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need to reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

If there is a wheelchair user in your group, you must pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours before your visit. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time, and staff will transport guests between floors by lift.
