Inside, you can explore the Awards Party, The Royal Palace, the Impossible Festival, Marvel Universe 4D, Star Wars, the Chamber of Horrors and the Spirit of London ride. The Royal Garden Party is also included, with immersive sounds and effects and a menu of sandwiches, cakes and freshly baked scones.

Use your e-ticket at Door 2 at the time shown on your ticket. You can present it printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

If your group includes a wheelchair user, a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours before your visit. For safety, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time. The majority of facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible, and trained staff can transport guests with disabilities between floors by lift.
