Before you book

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket.

Go to Attraction Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it either printed or on a mobile device. You will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. If there is a wheelchair user in your group, a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours before your visit. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time.

The majority of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible, and guests with disabilities can be transported between floors by lift.
