Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. If your group includes a wheelchair user, a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours before your visit. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time.

The attraction is around a two-minute walk from Baker Street underground station, which is on the Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines.

The majority of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests. Trained staff can transport guests with disabilities safely between floors by lift.
