Hidden within the attraction is the Royal Garden Party, with immersive sounds and effects, and a menu of sandwiches, cakes and freshly baked scones.

Key facts: Recommended duration 2h30. Infants aged 3 years and under are free but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Before you book

Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

If there is a wheelchair user in your group, you must pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours before your visit. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time.
