Before you book

Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present the e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

If your group includes a wheelchair user, a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours in advance. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time. The majority of facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible, and trained staff use a lift to transport guests with disabilities between floors.
