Before you book

Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, so you can be scanned in before the start of your tour. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

If your group includes a wheelchair user, pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours before your visit. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
