Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a reserved ticket. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

The venue is a 2 minute walk from Baker Street underground station, which is served by the Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines.

The majority of facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests, and staff can transport guests between floors by lift. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time, so a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours in advance if there is a wheelchair user in your group.
