Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned in before the start of your visit. If your group includes a wheelchair user, a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours in advance. For safety, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time. The majority of facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible, and trained staff can transport disabled guests between floors by lift.
